When you ask me about BCCC, there is only one word that comes to mind; Family. At BCCC, family is at the heart of everything we do. We started as a team of four separate founders who were each disgusted by the state of climate control in our individual cities. At first we competed against each other. Fortunately, once we realized that working alone will never be enough to make real fundamental changes, we knew our best option was to join together and combine resources.
Fast forward fifteen years later, and look at us now. We are one of the largest and fastest growing agencies in the country. As of today, BCCC boasts an army of about 79,600 Servicemen: 26,000 patrol inspectors, 23000 special case detectives, 18,000 HR, Admin, and customer service reps, 9,000 correction officers, 3,000 Hardware and Network engineers, 400 climate research scientists, and 200 interns.
We have the world’s largest network of remote sensors and monitoring devices, we run and maintain our own cloud infrastructure to meet our network demands, we have the highest job satisfaction rates among agencies with low job satisfaction rates, and when it comes to employee benefits and discounts, we finally do not compete.
